The short version

This website does not collect or store your personal data. There is no database, no mailing list and no analytics profile built from your details. The enquiry form on this site does not submit anything — it simply opens WhatsApp with a message pre-written for you, which you choose whether to send.

What happens when you enquire

When you fill in the enquiry form and tap Send Enquiry on WhatsApp, your browser opens WhatsApp with a draft message containing the name, preferred layout and notes you typed. Nothing is transmitted to us until you press send inside WhatsApp.

Once you send it, we receive your WhatsApp number and whatever you wrote, and that conversation is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

What we do with it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry about Azurite Residence @ Klebang — sending the price list, package details, unit availability, and arranging a viewing if you want one.

Where you proceed towards a booking, your details are shared with the developer, Faithview Group, and with the appointed solicitors and financiers as required to process that transaction. We do not sell your data or pass it to unrelated third parties.

Your rights under the PDPA

Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time.

To do any of these, simply message us on WhatsApp and say so — we will action it and confirm.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address for that request; no other third-party service is contacted.
